Cross Country Running Club

We train on a Tuesday night. First we meet in the hall and do some exercises to warm up so that we do not pull any muscles when we start to run.

Next we run down to Jenny's Park and complete a run of around 1 mile within the park.

We then do some hill work and some short bursts of speed.

We train hard to compete in the 3 match league organised by the Victoria Harriers. Already we have had two races at Callendar Park in October and November.

Our final race is on 12th March at Stirling Road playing fields.
